HOW TO DOWNLOAD?
Please, to download your order follow these steps:
First of all, please have the User and Password sent to you by e-mail, if you do not see in your "Inbox" folder, check your email from "Spam" or "Junk", the e-mail says on the subject "Download your Order" or "Descargue su Orden".
1.- Enter www.rialproducciones.com/tango/english/
2.- Select the menu " Download Zone "
3.- Type the given User and Password , provided by e-mail and press "Enter"
4.- You will see your songs have a "Download" button, place your mouse on that button and click on the left button of your mouse.
If you have Google Chrome the download will start automatically.
If you have Mozilla Firefox or Explorer:
5.- Select "Save as" or "Save Target As"
6.- Select the target (My Documents, Desktop, etc.) where you want to save the file
7.- Press on "Save"
You must repeat this procedure with every song as from step 4
If all the songs do not appear on the first download page, you will find an arrow at the bottom of it that says "Next" to go on to the following page.
Important:
Mp3 files will be available during five days, after this time can not be reloaded without making a new purchase.
We recommend that you back up your purchase to external media to your PC (Cd, Dvd, Pen Drive)
